Hello, and thanks again for taking a closer look at my site.
I was born and raised right here in Las Vegas, one of the few natives that hasn’t escaped
or been expelled for the protection of the new comers. I’ve seen the elementary school I
went to morph into part UNLV’s legal campus, the place we “hung out” at the “Top” of
Sahara turn into a business complex around what is now oh the lower third of Sahara,
and hotels I used to go to Sunday Brunch blown in two and implode, I guess I didn’t
realize the food was quite that bad. Basically, I’ve seen a lot of change, a lot of growth
and a lot of real cheesy hotels ads filled with showgirls with mammoth hair doos back in
the 70’s and 80’s. So chances are I can find whatever it is you’re looking for now and
probably tell you what is was back then.
In my life before Real Estate, which I glowingly refer to as the “dark times”, I was in
video/film production and advertising for 16 years. So you can rest assured I know how
to get your home ready to show and package it for placement in front of the maximum
number of potential consumers as well!
I realize that while there are several thousand homes on the market, the only one of
importance to you is yours! This is why I make myself available 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week on weekends and holidays. I limit the number of buyers and sellers I work with to
ensure my clients get the proper amount attention and that I’m able to satisfy their needs
at an exemplary level.
